The map itself is as it says in it's name, a random floating heart in the sky for no reason what so ever. Particles are present at the map, as the Red Circle of Oculus remains at the bottom of the heart.
Difficulty[]
With a small map size, surviving can be at time difficult with most killers. Adding on with it's minor inconvenience, being the slippery floor but this will likely not hinder with your survival experience.
