Booz Berries is an unobtainable Item in Midnight Horrors, which could be obtained when the players gained The Trifecta badge, in Halloween event 2020.

When the player consumes them, they heal all of their health back. It can be used twice in a row. The catch is that you should only consume it in "1 HP" situation. There will be signs that you should quit eating them for no reason. The first sign is your legs will briefly turn blue, the second time you eat the berries is that your skin will turn blue, the third time you eat it, you will transform in to either male or female Booz. After this, you can't reverse your fate, as you will explode and die. Really, you should conserve it and keep it in your hotbar until you really need it, either that or use the Pumpkin Staff, Ultra Coil, Prayer, Regen Coil and Pumpkin Mages to heal your hitpoints.
