Corridors is a Map in Midnight Horrors. It was added in Version 1.3.21.
Features[]
Corridors is a pretty moderately sized Map. In total, there are nine rooms in this map, only four of these being corridor rooms. The Red Circle of Oculus is located in the middle room on the map, this room is also the most spacious room. The corridor rooms always consist of a large open room with two short hallways attached to it. Corridor rooms always lead to corner rooms, which are the corners of the map. These rooms are the furthest away players can get from the Red Circle, these areas literally exist for players to corner camp. Due to the heavy darkness in the map when the sun sets, it can be slightly difficult to track where the Killer is if you don't have a Radar or a Circulation Headset.
Difficulty[]
As the name suggests, Corridors' most redeeming feature is its longer than average hallways. During Classic rounds, players can usually easily loop killers through these hallways if they have a good Speed Coil. Players are put at a much greater disadvantage during Ghost rounds, where players are incapable of locating the Killer most of the time. This can allow for the Killer to easily sneak up or corner players, this can also lead to players running into Killers. During Double Trouble, Clones, or Bloodbath rounds, Killers are capable of cornering or surprising players by cutting corners.
Notes[]
- Killers with ranged attack will usually get cut off by walls, allowing players to escape with minimal damage.
- Other players will usually drop Yolkster Plants in the hallway areas, so be cautious if you're being chased.
Trivia[]
- During Version 1.6 (April Fools' 2020) and Version 1.20.0 (April Fools' 2021), decals of sans (mostly) were placed all over the map. Corridors was also renamed to "Sansidors" during map voting in April Fools' 2021.
