Corrupt Captain is a Killer in Midnight Horrors. The killer is the "corrupted persona" of the user CaptainSpinxs, the creator of Midnight Horrors.
Behavior[]
Corrupt Captain spawns running extremely fast, before progressively slowing down. Every time Corrupt Captain speaks, he'll start running at his max speed. How long it takes him to say another voice line varies, however he usually speaks between short periods of time. Due to this, Corrupt Captain is usually never running at his slowest speed. Looking at Corrupt Captain will cause the player's screen to shake. While this may not have an effect on the player's health, it makes it significantly harder for players to see where they are going. Not only will the screen shake by looking at him, but it will also cause the saturation to drop and will cause the edges of the screen to turn abnormally black.
Corrupt Captain may make a loud sound that can be heard throughout the server, no matter where the player is standing at. When he does this, he will cause every player's screen to shake, whether they are looking at him or not. This is only temporary, and will soon go away. However, Corrupt Captain also won't speak for a longer period of time when he does this, which usually makes Corrupt Captain end up at his lowest speed before he speaks again. This allows players to hopefully distance themselves before he has a chance to speed up. Corrupt Captain will instantly kill players with his sword once he is in attacking range, and does not have an attack cooldown.

- The Emerald Coil can outrun Corrupt Captain at his highest speed.
- Corrupt Captain may also occasionally force the camera to shake, regardless of whether you're looking at him or not. This tends to happen when he makes a sound (that isn't him speaking).
- The camera effect will not happen in Moviestar rounds.
- Corrupt Captain ignores Noob Tube Noobs and Forcefield Walls.

Behavior[]
Like most killers in Midnight Horrors, Corrupt CaptainSpinxs will actively chase and pursue any nearby players. If there aren't any players nearby, Corrupt CaptainSpinxs will walk towards the nearest player at a slow pace. Once a player gets into Corrupt CaptainSpinxs' detection range, he will run towards them at an extremely fast speed. Corrupt CaptainSpinxs will instantly kill players on contact, but has a short attack cooldown when killing players this way. Players can also be killed if they made eye contact with Corrupt CaptainSpinxs, as their health can rapidly decline if they fail to look away while avoiding him simultaneously.

He is astoundingly fast and is capable of instantly killing the players on contact, suffering from no drawbacks or cooldown whatsoever. Players can also be killed if they made eye contact with Corrupt CaptainSpinxs, as their health can rapidly decline if they fail to look away while avoiding him simultaneously.

Behavior[]
Corrupt CaptainSpinxs would chase the nearest players at a rather slow speed, but had quite a few unique mechanics. If Corrupt CaptainSpinxs was far enough from players, he would speed up to an extremely high speed before going back to his normal speed once close again. There were sound indicators each time he sped up and went back to his normal speed. If he got even closer, chase music would play (which may have made him sped up a bit, but that's undetermined). Corrupt CaptainSpinxs would kill players in around 2-4 swings with his pumpkin head; however, looking at him would also cause the player's health to drain extremely fast, killing them nearly instantly.
