Default badge given to all players when they join the game for the first time. People who are locked out of the game due to their account age is still awarded this badge if they attempt to join.

Meet the Creator![]
Uploaded on September 1st, 2019, this badge was rewarded to the players once they have met the condition of meeting the creator, CaptainSpinxs, in a game session of Midnight Horrors. This would be awarded to players, so long as CaptainSpinxs is still in the game instance. This badge is no longer obtainable as of 1.45.2.

Meet the Co-Creator![]
Similar to the "Meet the Creator!" badge, this badge was rewarded to the players once they have met the condition of meeting the co-creator and scripter, a_tophat, in a game session of Midnight Horrors. This would be awarded to players, so long as a_tophat is still in the game instance. This badge is no longer obtainable as of 1.45.2.

Defeat Void Boss[]
The badge is rewarded to the players once they have met the condition of successfully defeating Sans in the boss scenario for the killer. It will not be awarded to any players that have died at some point in the fight.
The badge itself is a facade of what the badge actually is, since the players does not actually get to fight against the Void Boss, but against Sans.
You Aren't Cringe![]
The badge is rewarded to the players once they have met the condition of being spared by Sans, which can be triggered if everyone in a server responds 'Yes' to the question asked by sans.
The badge's icon was drawn by user kira_yoshh, as stated in the description, and the April Fools event was reverted earlier than what was said in the description (April 8th instead of April 13th).
Certified Page Thief[]
This badge is rewarded to the player once they collect all pages and complete the 8 Pages minigame.

This badge is rewarded to the players once they buy the most expensive item in the Bobux Tycoon map, players who own this badge will also be rewarded the Bobux item.

You ignored the Warning Labels![]
In order to get this badge, the player must wait until they get Don't Touch Me in a round, and manage to press the button before the round ends. Once a player presses Don't Touch Me's button, whether that is by clicking it or stepping on it, the player will immediately get the badge. While it's simple to obtain, it may take extremely long as there are over 300 killers in the game. As more killers get added, this badge becomes harder to obtain as there is a lesser chance of Don't Touch Me spawning.

Survive DTM[]
In order to get this badge, the entire server must not touch Don't Touch Me in a Claissc Round, and manage to wait two minutes in the round, you cannot get this badge if its Special Rounds.

Back to the Tomb![]
This badge is rewarded to all alive players once Pharaoh King Solaris is defeated in the Summer 2020 Event. Having this badge will also award the players with the Forcefield Wall item.
Pumpkin Pie![]
This badge is rewarded to all alive players once Mr. Hallow is defeated in the Halloween 2020 event. Having this badge will also award the players with the Pumpkin Staff item.
The Trifecta[]
There are multiple steps to unlock this badge. First off, the player must be at the beginning of the map that eventually leads to the Mr. Hallow boss fight. There are three items the player must collect: a large spoon, a doge cube, and mail. To get the first item, the mail, you must continue running forward until you get to an obby with a lava pit, at the front of the obby, there will be a pumpkin mailbox. Clicking the mailbox will give you the first item, however, once you take the mail, the player is set on an 8 second timer where, at the end of the 8 seconds, they will trip. The player must complete the obby before then.
After that obby, the second item, the large spoon, is located in front of a couple gravestones on the left at the end of the obby section. However, once you pick up the large spoon, the player will be unable to run, and can only walk.
The final item, the doge cube, is located to the right of the graveyard curving upwards, beside a sitting skeleton.
Once all of these items are collected, continue forward to the Mr. Hallow boss fight. Keep in mind that other people can take the items, and thats fine, as long as they don't die. All people with each of the items (if more than one) must be alive by the end of the Mr. Hallow boss fight to keep the badge. If one person who was holding an item dies, nobody gets the badge. If all people holding the items survive until Mr. Hallows defeat, then ONLY the people holding the items will gain the badge, along with the Booz Berries item.
Thawed![]
This badge is rewarded to all alive players once Jack Frost is defeated in the Christmas 2020 event. Having this badge will also award the players with the Freeze Ray item.
Drip-Mas[]
This badge is still being worked on by the creator! (never came out I guess)
Bingus!!![]
During the "Bingus Clicker" while waiting for the Jack Frost boss, there is a very slim chance Bingus will appear and jumpscare the player, afterward, the player will be given the badge.
Demoted![]
This badge is rewarded to all alive players when The Admin Abusers boss are defeated in the April Fools 2021 Event. Having this badge rewards players with the Pipe Bomb Item.
Cheese![]
During the April Fools 2021 Event, the player must find the cheese then wait until the timer runs out. Once it does, the player must then die to the FNF Girl Block while holding the cheese. This badge rewards players with Cheese Grave in Oculus' game.
Egg Collector[]
This Egg Collector badge is rewarded to the players who have collected all 21 eggs during the Easter 2021 event. You will receive the Faberge Egg item when you obtain the badge.
The eggs on Library, Genesis, Ancient Grounds, Accursed Grounds, Town, Beez's Arcade, Silent School, Isolation, Arcalia, Funhouse, Moonbase, Heck Industries, and Decadence will spawn in random locations with no special mechanics at all.
The Foundation egg will shoot a laser capable of bypassing the Blue Relic at nearby players. The Crossroads egg is guarded by noobs that will fling you across the map if you attempt to go near the egg. The HIVE Realm egg follows the HIVE Statue, it's only obtainable when a killer is present. The Candyland egg can only be obtained if you grab it while the Blue Relic is functioning. The BSP egg will follow the killer, it's only obtainable when a killer is present. The Direwoods egg will run around and away from players, it's slower than the Speed Coil, it will rarely stand in place. The Final Frontier egg is in a UFO that will come down from the "sky" and head one direction, then repeats. The Baseplate egg is in a small car that will drive around and away from players, it is capable of going outside the map's borders.
Exorcism[]
This badge is rewarded to all alive players when G11Z is defeated. Having this badge rewards the player with the Prayer Item.

Seasonal Reset[]
This badge is rewarded to all players alive when they escape from the Roblox HQ after defeating Mr. Hallow in the 2022 Seasonal Reset Event. Having this badge gives the player the Hallow Cube item.

Copy Crackdown[]
This badge is rewarded to all players that have defeated a Devicle in Jack's Castle. Devcicles you kill in the 3rd Phase of the Jack Frost boss do not count. Having this badge gives the player the Ice Claw item.

Cold Hard Cash[]
This badge is rewarded to players that obtained at least 500 cash at Jack's Castle and completed the event route in its entirety, however the player cannot spend any of it in order to get the badge. Having this badge gives the player the Cryo Grenade item.

Jack Defrost[]
This badge is rewarded to players that defeated Jack Frost and successfully escaped Jack's Castle in the 2022 Seasonal Reset Event. Having this badge gives the player the Inglaciator item.

The Perfecta[]
To get this badge the players must find 3 artifacts in different places, the Deez Nuts image is found on the Roblox text statue, but it will trip the holder every so often. The Cube is found in one of the offices, the holder loses half of their hp. The Spoon can be found under the table, the holder becomes slower. Then after all items have been found they must be placed on the ritual in Builderman's room, this will summon a dog, and those who had the artifacts will gain a whistle to command the dog. The dog has double HP of the player and is immune to shockwaves and sword slashes, it will continuously walk forward requiring one person to maintain the whistle to stop the dog from walking off the arena. The players objective is to keep it alive until Mr. Hallow is defeated, then the item holders are rewarded the badge. Having this badge will give access to the knife that is used for the Defecta badge, give a Dog in Midnight Horrors, and a Dog Grave in Oculus' game.

The Defecta[]
To get this badge the players must do everything like in the Perfecta, however a player who owns the Perfecta badge must kill the dog with the knife, this will teleport the 3 artifact holders to the Funny Court where they face the Dog Council boss. The players must be alive and have defeated all the dogs/cats to obtain the badge. Having this badge awards Death Metal's Guitar in Midnight Horrors and the JokerBall grave in Oculus’ Game.

Outdo The Ocubots[]
This badge is rewarded to all alive players who survived all the way to wave 15 and killed all the 3 Minibosses in the 3rd MH Anniversary Event. Having this badge rewards you the Circulation Headset. item.

Oculus' Challenge![]
This badge rewarded to players who earned the Oculus Gauntlet badge in the Survive the Disasters: Reborn. To get the Oculus Gauntlet badge the players must be on the Oculus Gauntlet map, then they must survive all 9 waves of bosses with 10 lives. Once they own the badge they must simply join Midnight Horrors to get this badge. Having this badge rewards you the Relocate Trap item.

BEAT THE EVENT YAY!!![]
This badge is rewarded to players who successfully survived all the waves of goons and defeated the DEMONetizer during April Fools 2022. Having this badge gives the Toaster item.

EGG10000 Egg[]
To obtain this badge the players must get the Foundation map, Once there they must find an egg in the map, Once they find the egg they have to go around the map to find the door, They will use the egg to open the door, once they do that the player will be teleported to a place called "Egg Lair". The player will be by themselves and they will have to defeat EGG10000 and survive in order to get the badge. Owning this badge gives the EGG10000 Egg.
Null Egg[]
To obtain this badge the player must get the Town map, somewhere behind a tree lies a key, this can be used to open a house infront of the police station, afterward the player is teleported to Null's Obby. The player then must complete a small obby before reaching a quiz, after the player completes the quiz they can enter the portal which initiates a chase from Null. The player must outrun Null and get passed all the obstacles to obtain the Null Egg at the end. Owning this badge gives the Null Egg.
Eggmil[]
To obtain this badge the player must get the Mall map, one of the doors no longer has barrier and can be entered, inside the player must enter a code into the keypad, which will then teleport them to the Strange Forest. In this game the player must enter the house and into the basement, behind the red banner has a spiral staircase which leads to the egg, the player can deactivate a generator to disable the forcefield around the egg. Once the player attempts to grab it, they are interrupted by Emil, the player must defeat Emil. Owning this badge gives the Eggmil and access to "1 Shot Mode".
Beat Emil on "1 Shot Mode"[]
The player must first own the Eggmil badge, once they do there will be a 1 Shot Mode button at the start of Strange Forest, pressing the button instantly teleports the player to the arena and activates 1 Shot Mode, the player must then defeat Emil again without taking a single hit. Owning this badge gives you access to fight Lunatic Emil as well as the Barrier item.
Beat Emil Lunatic Mode[]
First, the player must own the "Beat Emil on '1 Shot Mode'" badge. Then, the player will gain access to the Strange ------- - place on Roblox. There, they must fight Lunatic Emil. Once they do that, they will receive the badge. Owning this badge awards the Stress Ball item.
A beautiful red flower[]
First, the player must own the "Beat Emil on '1 Shot Mode'" badge. Then, the player will gain access to the Strange ------- - place on Roblox. There, they must fight Forgotten King. Only the first 25 players who beat Forgotten King and sent video proof of it to 123jl123 would be rewarded the badge. This rewards only to the 25 players the Gap item.
Remain Forgotten[]
Similar to A beautiful red flower, only this badge would be rewarded to the first 10 players who beat Forgotten King and sent video proof of it to 123jl123. This rewards only to the 10 players the Subspace Tripmine item.
July 4th[]
This badge was simply given to any player who have joined Midnight Horrors on July 4th of any year! This rewards them the RL-0407.
Chief Executive Officer[]
Awarded to players who beat the multiple waves of Ocubots, and The Seasonal Conflict Minions (Hallow Minions/Ice Minions). Shut downed Alphonse, and Drove away the CEOs. This rewards you the Cloud Jockey.
Cruelty[]
Awarded to players who fought and are atleast 250 studs near Roomba when he explodes/dies by doing the Normal Way or The Blackout Way during the Summer-ish 2022 event. But sadly the reward for the badge is discontinued.
Goobers Goobered[]
Awarded to players who set up the Goober Mode, Defeated the countless waves of Goobers, and finally survived to destroyed Ferrymego during the Summer-ish 2022 event. This rewards you the Quantum Entangler.
GOD DAMN THE BEAST[]
Awarded for beating Bezel/Mega-Bezel in Replicated World for braving the thousands of Orbs and beating the aforementioned lich beast. This badge is currently unobtainable, but had 42 winners before being removed and re-uploaded for an eventual boss overhaul. Like A beautiful red flower and Remain Forgotten, this badge required video proof for win validation.
The item is unknown for now, but it is confirmed by Bez that there will be a item.

Awarded for beating Tyrkuro, the Ungrateful in the Heated Oven during the 2022 Thanksgiving Event and come out victorious. This badge gives Tyrkuro's Pitchfork.

Double Down[]
Awarded for beating Evil Snowman during the 2023 Seasonal Conflict 2.0 Event in the winter side. This badge gives the Wrench.
DEFEAT AMONG US DOG[]
First you MUST own the MEET AMONG US DOG gamepass for the Hook Kick, then you need to equip it and say 'dog' in the chat, this will bring a prompt that teleports the player to the Arena. From there, the player will need to use Hook Kick to knock off any other players, once they're the last standing then they must defeat the MASTER AMONG US DOG boss. This badge unlocks the Kiryu Kick upgrade for the Hook Kick. It was only obtainable on April 1st, 2023.
100 Doors in the Spooky Hotel[]
This is awarded after making it to the 100th door. The hotel throughout randomly makes the lights flicker then spawn a random killer. At the 50th door, a slow Laa-Laa guards the libary. It is required to find the letters scattered throughout the room to solve the math equation. After it is completed, Laa-Laa will despawn and it will go back to spawning random killers occasionally. At the 100th door, will be a bright light and a unanchored brick of Seek with the words "you did!". Touching the bright wall will reward the player this badge.
Imperfecta[]
This badge is rewarded after killing Blithwin by guiding the dog to 3 boxes scattered into multiple obbies and making the dog look at Blithwin to shoot him.
Taken what I must[]
Awarded for completing the entirety of part 1 and defeating Deus Phantom during the 2023 Easter Event. This badge gives the Fidget Spinner item in-game
Pure Power[]
Awarded for completing the entirety of part 2 and defeating The Corpse of the Saint during the 2023 Easter Event. This badge gives the Prism item.
Tougher than Steel[]
While in part 2 of the 2023 Easter Event, the player may encounter a Horrible Executioner mini boss. Upon defeating it, they're awarded the badge.
Bloody Wrath[]
Awarded for completing the entirety of part 3 and defeating the Executioner Demon during the 2023 Easter Event. This badge gives the Executioner's Gear item.
Jumpscare[]
The badge Jumpscare users own. Only activated and given out by Blithwin on very rare occasions.
