Heck Industries is a Map in Midnight Horrors. It isn't based on anything, but is inspired by the Metallic Madness zone from some Sonic games. It was added in Version 1.8.5.
Features[]
Heck Industries is confirmed to be the first map in Midnight Horrors to feature traps. There are 2 trap types in the map, Crushers (red & green variants) and pipes that spew fire when their latches are opened. The Crusher traps instakill the player while the fire pipes will only damage you in chunks.
Conveyor belts are also present, although you cannot fall off of them, and you can jump your way to run opposite of the direction they're going. There is also a conveyor belt that produces Yolkster Plants and a conveyor belt which produces Blue Relics, although players are unable to pick them up. Next to the conveyor belt that produces Blue Relics is Draggyy's signature. Multiple crates around the map have labels that say the names of items that are able to be bought in the shop, hinting at the idea that this is where they're made.
Difficulty[]
The map has multiple routes with ups and downs which can help evading killers, but traps make it much more difficult to survive killers if they're in your path. Some killers will be easier to survive than others as they're slower than the conveyor belts and will be pushed around by them if they get on some. Moviestar is very difficult because of the traps, since you can't see yourself without the killer chasing you it's very likely the player will run into a trap and die.
Trivia[]
- Hidden in the map is a box of cinnamon toast crunch, which is the cereal that CaptainSpinxs (creator of MH) was eating while he was talking to Draggyy, the creator of the map.
- There are also slight teasers to two of the killers that will be made for the map hidden. One is very obvious, which is Cross. Who is looking down at everyone from her office. The other teaser is hidden behind a crate slightly on a wall.
- In Version 1.21.0 (Easter Update 2021), an egg could be found in this map.
- During voting rounds in Version 1.21.0 (Easter Event 2021), Heck Industries is extremely rare.
- Killers can be tripped by the yolksters (including stun immune killers).
- Freddy and Bonnie from the Five Nights at Freddy's series appear in the lava, Freddy's sign reads "OH MY GOD HELP I THOUGHT THIS WAS OVER WHEN I GOT OUT OF SPACE", and Bonnie's sign reads "Φρέντι καθώς μαραινόμαστε σ ' αυτή τη λάβα πρέπει να ξέρεις ότι είμαι ο Θεός." (roughly translated to "Freddie as we languish in this lava you must know that I am God."
