King Absolum

King Absolum is a Killer in Midnight Horrors. MonolithicDivinity owns the rights to the original ROBLOX Script that King Absolum is based off. He was added in Version 1.50.0.

Appearance[]

King Absolum most prominently wields a large giant axe with blue spikes slung over his shoulder, along with a gauntlet adorned with blue claws on its end and a blue circle at the center of the palm and blue rings travelling up it. He uses a completely pearl white skin tone excluding his head which is completely black. Along with this he wears black robes along with a black hood, under it being a pair of blue eyes. He is twice the size of a regular player.

Behavior[]

Upon spawning, King Absolum will begin chasing the nearest player, executing abilities while in range. King Absolum with start by walking, but if he hasn't used an ability for a few seconds, he will start running at a speed slightly slower than the Ultra Coil, while also occasionally dashing to catch up with players or releasing a large jump to cover ground.

Melee - King Absolum can use any of his basic melee attacks to targets within close range, these will do anywhere from 35 to 50 damage on hit and occasionally trip players.
Slam - King Absolum readies his axe before slamming down and creating a shockwave that deals alright damage and trips players on hit. The damage and tripping affect can be dodged by timing a jump over the shockwave itself.
Energy Wave - King Absolum readies his axe before slamming down, releasing a large, blue energy wave towards the nearest player, dealing a significant chunk of health per tick, tripping the player in the process if hit, unlike Slam it cannot be jumped over.
Blast - King Absolum aims his large gauntlet towards the nearest player, moving his gauntlet right while releasing a large blast that can usually kill players in a single hit, however it is survivable with Double Health.
Jump - If there's no players nearby, King Absolum can leap into the air, as a marker appears under a player, this will pinpoint where King Absolum will land, the center of it growing the closer he is to landing, this jump deals average damage, however anyone directly under the marker will take increased damage.
Dash - King Absolum will dash towards the player he's currently chasing allowing him to cover ground quickly, he is unable to use this if in melee range.

Notes[]

King Absolum ignores players with a Blue Relic active, however he can still trip and stun the player while it's active.
King Absolum increases the timer at 2:42 upon spawning.
The timer will still extend during special rounds.
King Absolum only targets alive players, meaning he will ignore players who have already made the player count decrease and only attack those still considered alive.
King Absolum will attack ally NPCs such as Noobs from the Noob Tube.
There is a 1/3 chance that King Absolum will spawn as a rarer "cracked" variant with an altered model and theme. His running speed is much faster being slightly faster than Heliotrope Coil and he will attack more aggressively. His timer extension will also be increased to 3:12.

Trivia[]

King Absolum's voicelines originate from Gianni Matragrano's impression of Reaper, a character from Overwatch.
King Absolum currently appears in another ROBLOX game titled Oculus' Game, a game also made by CaptainSpinxs, and is capable of spawning anywhere between Waves 7-9, specifically the 'Hard' difficulty.
During Clones rounds, King Absolum's display will be changed to "1 IS NOT LIKE THE OTHER 2".
In Version 1.55.0 (April Fools' 2024), King Absolum was renamed to "King Kong".
- When the event ended, King Absolum's weapon models got changed.
  - These were then changed once again in a later patch.
In Version 1.61.0 (April Fools' 2025), King Absolum was renamed to "CEO Absolute".
