Items are a key gameplay feature in Midnight Horrors. Items can be purchased in the Shop menu for Points or Survivals, however, some items are earned from special events. These items can benefit the player in a variety of ways depending on the item. They may be used as essential survival tools or to entertain the player while they're playing.
