The Map Voting Screen.
Map Voting is an important feature in Midnight Horrors. Map Voting was added in Version 1.9.2.
Function[]
After 5 rounds have passed your screen will fade to darkness and then the Map Voting screen will appear. When this happens there will be 3 random maps icons that players can vote for and which ever map has the most votes will be chosen. The eye in the center of the screen will look at the map with the most votes. Once map voting is up the map with the most votes will go to the center and cover the player's screen and fade to darkness. After this will be a loading screen and after the loading screen the players will be sent into the map.
Notes[]
- If a player respawns then the map voting screen will disappear, same with the loading screen.
- During events the event map will have (!EVENT!) At the Front and most of the time will spawn more frequently.
Trivia[]
- The song Just Monika plays during Map Voting.
- The map icons will be different sizes depending on what device is being used.
- During Version 1.21.0 (Easter' 2021) Heck Industries was made extremely rare to appear.
- If a map is missing its icon then it will appear black with text saying "No Camera".
- During Version 1.61.0 (April Fools' 2025), The Map Voting Screen was changed into a badly made version of it and it was changed to this theme.
