Mortis is a Emote in Midnight Horrors. It was added in Version 1.38.0 (April Fools Update 2022) and removed when the update was reverted, then, it was re-added permanently in Version 1.55.0 (April Fools Update 2024) This emotes originates from an episode of Family Guy, in which the character Peter Griffin falls down the stairs multiple times and ends up in the pose provided.

Upon activation the player will fall over, having their torso face the opposite direction, both hands behind their back with one tilting downwards, while the legs will do something similar although aimed in the direction that the player was facing when the emote was started.
Trivia[]
- When this emote was used it would sometimes cause the player to slide in a spinning motion due to Roblox's physics engine.
- During its re-release in Version 1.55.0 (April Fools Update 2024), it had costed 400 points compared to its previous iterations costing 400 survivals. However as of now it's again costs it's 400 survivals.
