Sans Ball is an unobtainable Item in Midnight Horrors. This is an item that could only be obtained if the player obtained the Pickle Rick item during the April Fools Event 2020. In order to obtain Pickle Rick, players were required to beat the Boss that was exclusive to the April Fools Event, sans. If they successfully survive all of his attacks without dying in either of his phases, they would be awarded with the item, as well as a Badge. Soon after the Event ended, Pickle Rick was replaced with the Sans Ball so the item wouldn't be completely useless.
Effect[]
When the Sans Ball is equipped, the player's health will change from 100 to just 1. However, any Killer that attacks a player with the Sans Ball equipped will have a chance to "Miss" their attack, making it take longer for killers to take down a player.
If a killer misses an attack, the damage the player would've taken is divided by 10 and the chance is decreased by that amount. The base chance for dodging an attack is 100%, meaning you are guaranteed to block the first hit you take. The chance can only be reset by dying.
This item is especially useful for killers that target players, as it can be used to get them to chase someone else. This item is also useful against killers with longer attack cooldowns such as Sawrunner, as a missed attack will allow the player to distance themselves away before they're able to attack again. If the killer does manage to land a hit on the player, their damage output will appear in red numbers, and the player will instantly die as they only have one health.

- If A. Pancakes were to land a hit on player and not miss it will show the number 100000 or 9999.
- When using Killer-Ignore in a private server, equipping the Sans Ball can disable Killer-Ignore and make you vulnerable to the killers' attacks.

- Sans Ball also appears in another Roblox game titled Oculus' Game.
- Sans Ball can break some killers, like Troll Apparition.
- When the Sans Ball was first added it's icon was the Friendly Smile, then in Version 1.20.0 it's icon was changed to a sprite of Sans, then in Version 1.22.4 it's icon was changed again to what it is now.
- In Version 1.22.0 the Sans Ball was temporarily removed before getting readded in Version 1.22.4.
- Theres apperently a bug where if a player un-equips Sans Ball with killerignore activated, the killerignore will be deactivate and the killer would instakill them.
