Sans Realm was a Map in Midnight Horrors. It was temporarily added in Version 1.55.0 (April Fools' 2024) and was readded in Version 1.61.0 (April Fools' 2025).

Sans Realm is a medium size flat map involving the famous Undertale character "Sans". Upon picking this map and spawning, players will occasionally be "jumpscared" by meme images involving Sans. Other than that, there are multiple Sans tree surrounding the area, which is a square shaped layout. The Red Circle of Oculus is located at the center part of the map.
Difficulty[]
Sans Realm survivability is kinda decent, due to how theres a bit of open space just enough to use Decay Coil. However, because its a medium size map, some advanced killers that require larger maps are still threatening here.
