Specimen 2 is a Killer in Midnight Horrors. Specimen 2 originates from Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion, where it is one of the many enemies the player encounters throughout the game. It was Re-added in Version 1.3.4.
Behavior[]
Like most killers in Midnight Horrors, Specimen 2 will actively pursue and chase any players within close proximity. Players who are caught by Specimen 2 will be killed in two hits (four if the players have Double Health). Specimen 2 also has an AoE attack, meaning that whenever it claws a player, any player that is in the area will also be damaged and killed. However, Specimen 2 suffers from an attack cooldown of 1 second per swipe. Any players who died to Specimen 2 will be prompted with a jumpscare.
Specimen 2 is also capable of teleporting to player spawn-points to search for more players. This can also catch players off-guard.
Occasionally, Specimen 2 will place puddles of slime on random places. If a player were to step on the puddles, the player will automatically unequip their items, making them more vulnerable to Specimen 2 himself.

- Specimen 2 can be efficiently outran with a Speed Coil.
- Specimen 2 is incapable of bypassing the Blue Relic.
- Specimen 2 has stun immunity.

- Specimen 2 currently appears in another Roblox game titled Oculus' Game, a game also made by CaptainSpinxs, and is capable of spawning anywhere between Waves 4-6, specifically the 'Medium' difficulty.
- In Version 1.6 (April Fools' 2020), Specimen 2 was renamed to "Slimer".
- In Version 1.20.0 (April Fools' 2021), Specimen 2 was renamed to "Specimen ".
