Eater of Trucks/The Devourer of Trucks is a Killer in Midnight Horrors. It is a reference to the The Devourer of Gods, a major boss in Terraria's Calamity Mod. It was added in Version 1.61.0 alongside the closely related Trucki-Chan.
Behavior[]
When the round begins, the killer name will simply be displayed as "???". During this the music for The Devourer of Trucks will begin playing, once the first drop in the song happens The Devourer of Trucks bolts out of the Red Circle of Oculus, launching high into the sky while the screen shakes. The Devourer of Trucks will keep travelling upwards until it's full body is on the map. After spawning, The Devourer of Trucks will also increase the timer to 2:33.
Seemingly at random, The Devourer of Trucks will choose a random player on the map, looping around (if not facing them) and charging directly towards them. Whenever a charge is activated, a warning alarm will briefly play and The Devourer of Trucks will flash white. The Devourer of Trucks can make rapid turns after a pass through, easily being able to loop around and target other survives, although it will often wait till far off the map to charge again. If a player is hit by a charge they will instantly be obliterated by the sheer speed of the vehicle.
Every so often, The Devourer of Trucks will create a purple and black portal in front of it, charging directly into the portal. During this it will target onto a random player. After a few seconds The Devourer of Trucks will emerge nearby it's target, charging directly at them.
Lastly, The Devourer of Trucks may occasionally manifest purple symbols around itself, these symbols will morph into hit-scan lasers that attempt to impact players by hitting the ground and exploding. These explosions deal decent damage.
Notes[]
- The Devourer of Trucks itself will bypass Blue Relic, however its lasers will not.
- The Devourer of Trucks' charge also bypasses Cloak of Invisibility unless the player uses it before being targetted by it.
- The Devourer of Trucks is outlined through walls, being completely gray.
- Due to the multiple warnings a charge is commencing, players should be able to react quickly enough to dodge it. Although anything lower than a Heliotrope Coil can easily result in death.
- Upon killing a player, a loud blood sound effect will be heard if directly impacted by The Devourer of Trucks.
- The Devourer of Trucks' speed can vary HEAVILY, during a charge it may opt for a slower approach or may instantly travel towards it's target.
- This also means that The Devourer of Trucks can be faster than the Decay Coil when charging.
- The Devourer of Trucks will only target players that are still alive.

- The Devourer of Trucks overrides any special round names that modify the killer's name, this applies to Tix's Bugatti as well.
- The Devourer of Trucks was chosen as one of the April Fools 2025 killers to stay after the end of the event, along with Spiff, Dusky Grouse, Trucki-Chan, Waldo, Sentient Statue, Toast-San, Taco Bot 3000, Beez When Can Has Dev Console, and The Glitch.
