The Transient Harmonica™ is a Killer in Midnight Horrors. It is based on the ROBLOX Avatar Item of the same name infamous for being one of only 4 ROBLOX Items capable of making sound, which have been regularly used by trolls in games like Catalog Heaven to annoy other players. It was added in Version 1.52.0.
Behavior[]
The Harmonica will target a random player around the map, teleporting to them and forcing them to play the harmonica while slowly deteriorating the player's health. To avoid losing health, the player must jump 2-5 times to get rid of the harmonica. After a player successfully ward off the Harmonica or die, the Harmonica will choose another target and repeat the process.

- The Transient Harmonica™ doesn't bypass the Blue Relic.
- If a player has a bad internet WiFi-router, they will have a high risk of death to this killer, due to the lag.

- In Chibi Staff, Blithwin uses this killer as a weapon.
- It is currently the only Killer with "™" in it's name.
- The Transient Harmonica™ will be immediately disarmed whenever the targeted player receives invulnerability from items such as the Blue Relic.
- The Transient Harmonica™ is capable of targeting players with killer ignore active.
- Unlike the invulnerability effect, killer ignore will not disarm the harmonica.
- In Version 1.55.0 (April Fools' 2024), The Transient Harmonica™ was renamed to "GET THIS THING OFF MEE RAAHHH JUMP HOP SKIP OFF".
- During this, The Transient Harmonica™'s health drain was massively buffed to the point where it nearly killed players instantly.
- In Version 1.61.0 (April Fools' 2025) The Transient Harmonica™ was renamed to "Play a tune".
