Vira is a Killer in Midnight Horrors. It was added in Version 1.22.5.

Appearance[]

Vira takes an appearance of a Macintosh computer with the screen constantly changing colors every now and then. It has an unplugged wire being dragged across the ground everywhere it goes. It has six big, dark-red, fleshy spider-like legs under its body.

While its minions resembles an “ERROR” text with red bodies and red glowing aura. Not much to say about it.

Behavior[]

Like most killers in Midnight Horrors, Vira will chase any nearby players at a decent pace outrunning the average sprint. While Vira does not move that fast, Vira is capable of killing players instantly and suffers from no attack cooldown while doing so.

However, Vira is capable of spawning with multiple minions, resembling ERRORs. These minions will teleport to the nearest players regardless how far they are on the map. The only way to avoid them is to not move, since they can suddenly 'teleport' in front of the player in an attempt to block their path, killing any player who makes contact with them instantly. They will remain immobile for a few seconds before 'teleporting' to another player. It is important to note that these minions will NOT teleport to players like regular teleporters do; instead, they will slide extremely fast towards their desired location (phasing through walls in the process) to make it seem like actual teleporting, still capable of killing players if they're caught in the path.

Notes[]

  • Both Vira and the minions emit light; Vira emitting light from their head which constantly changes colors and the minions emitting a bright, red aura, which can be useful during Blackout rounds.
  • Vira and the minions will chase and kill ally NPCs such as noobs from the Noob Tube.
  • In Ghost Rounds, Vira would have an Black Line to know where it would be.

Trivia[]

  • This killer is extremely similar to a killer that was originally removed in 1.3, named Pastel Bee. However, this killer is not actually related to Pastel Bee and is instead a scrapped design for a game CaptainSpinxs is making.
    • Vira's PC head is the same PC head Pastel Bee wore.
    • Both Vira and Pastel Bee have minions that resemble ERRORs.
    • The ERRORs originate from Garry's Mod. More specifically when you attempt to use a map or spawn a object and they don't load due to you not owning Counter-Strike: Source, a game where many map makers pull props from.
    • Vira's despawn sound effect also originates from a Garry's Mod addon named the "Perfectly Harmless Companion Cube", which is a Portal Companion Cube that slowly teleports to the player when they aren't looking, emitting weird noises during this state; and will stab the player if it gets close enough.
    • The ERRORs can be pushed by Egg Staff's Egg Toss, which can be used for funny pranks.
    • Vira cannot bypass the Blue Relic, and neither can the errors.
  • Vira currently appears in another Roblox game titled Oculus' Game, a game also made by CaptainSpinxs, and is capable of spawning anywhere in Wave 10 and higher, specifically the 'Impossible' difficulty.
    • Vira was originally capable of spawning in Medium (Waves 4-6) before being promoted to Hard (Waves 7-9) shortly after their addition via high request.
      • Vira was again promoted from Hard (Waves 7-9) to Impossible (Waves 10 & higher) also after high request.
        • Although CaptainSpinxs buffed Vira by making them spawn more Error minions after they were promoted to Impossible.
